In This Article
Postsale comes with ready-to-use default templates for invoices, packing slips, shipment notification emails, and label printing. They’re designed to work out of the box, so you can start printing and emailing right away. If you're on the Expand, Thrive, or Soar plan, you can also customize these templates to match your brand.

Description of Each Template

Invoice: Designed to generate a clear summary of the order. It includes item details, quantities, prices, and payment information so you can include it in the shipment or send it to customers for their records.
- Includes checkboxes for each item to help make picking and packing easier and more accurate.
- Designed to print the logo added in each store's settings.

Packing Slip: Also designed to generate a clear summary of the order, only without showing prices or payment details so it can be included in the package.
- Includes checkboxes for each item to help make picking and packing easier and more accurate.

Order Shipped Notification Email: Used to send an email to your customer when their order has shipped. It notifies your customer that the order is on the way and provides them with a clickable tracking number link so that they can easily track the progress of their shipment.

Labels: Postsale's label templates are used to properly format and send your created postage and shipping labels to your printer. There are three available templates:
- 2 x 1.5 (wide): Used to format USPS Letter and Flats postage so labels are printed to a roll of 2 x 1.5 inch labels.
- 4 x 6 (wide): Formats your created shipping labels so that they can be printed to a 4 x 6 inch label printer in landscape mode.
- 4 x 6 (tall): Formats your created shipping labels so that they can be printed to a 4 x 6 inch label printer in portrait mode.
